Diodes Lasers DFB Télécom
Les diodes lasers DFB télécom émettent dans la bande ITU (bande C et L) et au-delà de 1510nm -1630nm. Les diodes sont montées en boitier TOCAN ou Butterfly (14PIn,26Pin ou 7Pin)refroidies par un TEC intégré , le boitier est monté sur fibre PM ou SMF, l’isolateur est intégré et les largeur de raie peuvent descendre jusqu’à 100KHz sur certains modèles (100KHz-NLW).
